Greetings from the heart of the Balkans! As someone who cherishes cozy fireplaces and warm hospitality, I found the perfect refuge at a delightful retreat in the mountains. Each day brought delicious surprises - from traditional Bulgarian delicacies at breakfast to mouthwatering dinners at the charming restaurant. The family-friendly facilities, including a kids play area and a range of dining options, ensured there was something for everyone to enjoy. To top it off, the complimentary shuttle service to the Gondola parking truly reflected the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. My time at this enchanting retreat was nothing short of magical. I can't wait to return and bask in its warmth once again.
